Pricing & Venue Hire - Destination Style

"We’ve found the perfect venue to celebrate with all of you! We’ve secured exclusive use of a beautiful hotel, so no one has to worry about transport after the party — just stay, relax and enjoy a full weekend with us. To make things easy, we’ve arranged everything directly with the venue... Instead of paying the venue, you’ll simply book and pay us — this helps us keep track and make sure every room is reserved for our guests. Many couples ask guests to contribute towards accommodation instead of giving a wedding gift — and we’re doing the same!

Your stay includes way more than just a bed. For $180 per person, per night, here’s everything included:

  1. Arrival night on us! Kick off the weekend with pizza night by the water - on us!

  2. A 45 minute relaxing yoga class to start the wedding day right!

  3. A full day to relax and enjoy the grounds: beach access, complimentary kayak & paddleboard hire, giant chess, plus firepits around the venue

  4. Cocktail hour and wedding reception on us — eat, drink, dance, and party until nearly midnight

  5. Recovery breakfast before checkout the next morning

We’ll be using Eventbrite to manage bookings and payments — it’s quick, easy, and lets us keep track of who’s booked and paid.

We can’t wait to share this unforgettable weekend with you!"

Offset Your Venue Hire — Let Your Guests Help Cover the Cost

Want to make your wedding weekend even more affordable? Many couples offset a large part of their venue hire by having their guests stay onsite.

For example, if you have 100 guests staying at $150 per person, per night, that’s up to $30,000 back to you — a major contribution towards your venue hire.

How It Works
You’ll have use of the entire venue, with all accommodation held just for your guests. Instead of your guests booking individually with the hotel, they pay you directly. This gives you full control and helps you cover your venue costs.

It’s entirely up to you how much to charge per room, per night or per person; whatever works best for your guest list and budget.

Some couples choose to break even, while others use the accommodation fees to cover a portion (or all!) of their venue hire.
